Xiamen C&D Automobile Co., Ltd. was established in January 2001 with a registered capital of 300 million yuan. It is one of the industry groups owned by Xiamen C&D Inc.(600153.SH). The Company's main business includes the sales and after-sales services of branded passenger cars; derivative services such as finance, accessories, insurance, and asset trading; and supply chain services for complete vehicles (including commercial vehicles), spare parts, new energy vehicle industry and materials.

Drawing upon the strong financial resources and brand reputation of its parent company, C&D Automobile (Group) has actively tapped into the domestic and international market, and has achieved remarkable business performance and substantial growth. It has consistently ranked among the top auto dealers in Fujian Province, both in terms of business volume and profitability.
